Indigo Series delivers across Sri Lanka. This page explains how shipping works, how long delivery takes, and what to expect after you place an order.
We deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka, including major cities and regional areas served by our courier partners. If your location is unusually remote, we will contact you if extra time or arrangements are needed.

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout and may change during promotions or peak periods.
The Standard Delivery and COD rates above cover parcels up to 1 kg. If your order weighs more than 1 kg, an extra courier fee applies to the weight above 1 kg.

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your district and courier schedules. Colombo and major urban areas are often faster; remote areas may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
When available, tracking details are sent by email or SMS. If you have not received an update within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us or WhatsApp +94 77 649 8461.
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Couriers may attempt delivery more than once. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, redelivery charges may apply.
We recommend checking your parcel on delivery. If the package appears damaged, note this with the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
