About Indigo Series

Indigo Series is a Sri Lankan fashion retailer offering clothing and accessories through our online store. Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed in good faith; minor variations in colour or fit may occur due to screens or manufacturing batches.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information.

Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send an order confirmation email or begin processing your order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions).
• If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and promotions may change without notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price shown at checkout.
• We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including card payments via PayHere and Cash on Delivery where available.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including fabric, fit, and sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Custom or final-sale items, if any, will be marked clearly on the product page.

Virtual try-on & AI features

Virtual try-on and style assistant features are provided for convenience and inspiration only. Results are generated automatically and may not perfectly reflect fit, colour, or appearance in real life. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for purchase decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful content, scraping data, or interfering with other customers' use of the site.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, photography, text, and design — is owned by Indigo Series or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigo Series is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
